Meet Eileen, a patient from from Weston, Florida. Her main concerns involved certain dental function issues and acquiring a more attractive, appealing smile. More specifically, Eileen reported have certain uneven bite problems along with TMD symptoms that were complicated by lower anterior crowding.

A comprehensive examination was performed along with mounted diagnostic casts. A full mouth diagnostic wax-up was done with the goal of lengthening her front teeth and building out her posterior (rear) teeth (widening her upper arch) so as to fill in the buccal corridor and give her a full smile.

Note in her before photos the dark areas between her cheeks and teeth when she smiles. The lower anterior (front) teeth were reshaped and corrected with DaVinci porcelain veneers based on the "instant orthodontics principle".

The upper front teeth and bicuspids all received DaVinci veneers and the posterior teeth were reconstructed with DaVinci porcelain fused to high noble metal crowns. Note how nicely the edges of her teeth follow the curvature of her lower lip in what we call the Smile Line.

The after photo shows a cosmetic result that is quite spectacular. Eileen was thrilled with her new smile that, for her, represented a celebrity perfection that she came to realize is possible with premium porcelain products. The history of bite and TMD problems were completely resolved.
