The patient's chief complaint was that he had a removable partial that was difficult to eat with. He mentioned that he had to be careful of what he ate. After years and years of using the flipper, the patient was at the point where he wanted a permanent solution that would not only improve his dental function, but would create a cosmetic result that would be attractive. 
Reconstructive Dental Implant TechnologiesThis second photo reveals the placement of implants and telescoping posts that have been prepared to be fitted with premium porcelain crowns.To create a cosmetic match with his existing teeth while maintaining appropriate occlusion, the patient chose to have hand crafted veneers and porcelain onlays that would match his new teeth. 
As can be seen in the final photo, the creative use of advanced procedures combined with a variety of porcelain based dental components produced an amazing result.The patient was thrilled with the results.
